
31 Jul Greek Yogurt Chocolate Popsicles
Who is up for some chocolate ice cream with no sugar but plenty of flavor?
It is summer, we love chocolate but we do not want to eat tons of sugar.
I made these chocolate popsicles with Greek Yogurt, date syrup, 3 bananas, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
Very easy to make and super healthy for kids and adults!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, (Greek yogurt 2% or Vanilla Greek Yogurt 0%)
- 1 cup of frozen bananas (about 3 black bananas) cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup date syrup (or honey or agave syrup or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Equipment
- Food processor/ blender
- popsicle molds

The Method
Add all ingredients to a blender/ food processor.
Blend until smooth and well-combined. There should be no clumps of yogurt or cocoa powder.
Pour chocolate mixture evenly into freezer-safe popsicle molds and freeze. I usually freeze overnight.
Run molds under hot water to remove chocolate popsicles from it, enjoy!
