Channel

Greek and simple channel started when I became a mom and creativity was knocking from inside my skin to get a new life.

I started sharing my recipes on YouTube as a cooking show, talking on the camera and shooting with an old phone. I was sharing two videos per week making a huge effort having to take care of my little baby and shoot the recipes, edit, post etc. Few months later I was out of energy. I couldn’t even think of continuing doing this. I took my time and I studied photography and videography. I practiced new recipes and I experimented baking. I wanted to become better and better. 

The new season was born for the Greek and Simple channel. The videos had changed and the hero was not me any more but the food. The recipes themselves. And a year later a new piece was added to the videos. The little piece of our life in New Jersey and our trips, our crafts and made a new canvas of beautiful colors that tell our story. The stories of our families and the food traditions. The story of us. 

I believe, Life is moments. A blank canvas that we draw with our own colors. I hope sharing some of these colors of my cooking canvas with you is making this ride joyful and happy.
