29 Oct Raspberry Mastiha Cocktail
This drink is the signature drink for our Halloween party. We make big portions so everyone can enjoy it! This is a very flavorful drink with Greek Mastiha Skinos and raspberries that your friends are going to love! It is simple to make and it can spook up if you add some dry ice to it. In that case always remember to tell your guests not to swallow the dry ice!
You need (Party size – makes 4 to 5 drinks)
- 5 cups of Frozen Raspberries (thawed)
- 2 cups lemonade (not sparkling)
- 1/4 cup Agave nectar
- 1 can Sparkling water, chilled
- 1 cup of Mastiha Skinos (Greek liquor)
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries (to serve)
What to do:
Blend the frozen raspberries until smooth. Strain in a fine mesh and discard seeds.
In a shaker put together the raspberry puree, lemonade, ice, Mastiha Skinos and agave nectar. Serve in glasses and add the sparkling water mix and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Make it Virgin:
Just don’t use Mastiha Skinos and enjoy your Virgin version.
