Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and washed)
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey (optional, to taste)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
How to Make Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Dipped in Chocolate
Step 1: Blend the fresh strawberries in a food processor until smooth. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey. Step 3: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Step 4: Once frozen, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil. Step 5: Dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate. Return to the freezer for a few minutes to set. Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
