22 Mar Grilled Lamb Chops
With Greek Honey, Thyme and Teriyaki sauce
What I love in this recipe the most except the juicy Lamb chops is that it smells like Summer! The tenderness of the meat and the unique flavor that the marinade provides will leave your family something more than satisfied and everybody will ask when is going to be the next time you are going to cook these delicious Lamb Chops! And the best part is that you are not going to spend more than 5mins to prepare this recipe! It comes together in no time!
We are going to need – Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 Lamb chops,
- 5 Bay leafs,
- 3 tablespoons of Greek Honey,
- 1 ½ cup Teriyaki sauce,
- Black Pepper to taste,
- Fresh Thyme

What to do – The Recipe:
Cut the Lamb chops and place them on a tray. Add all the ingredients and cover the tray with a plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Let them marinade for 30 mins to 1 hour in the fridge. Then place them in your cooking pan and cook in Broil from 15 min to 17 mins for medium well meat. Serve with caramelized onions and sweet potato puree, or anything you would serve with a steak. with roasted veggies, Greek fries, or even a delicious Greek salad and even olive bread to create a lamb sandwich! I love enjoying these meals with a glass of a cold beer!
